Christopher Colin has put together a collection of work inspired by ancient art, abstract expressionism in the tradition of the New York school, and the hominid skeleton Lucy. Himself descended from East Village lead casters and followers of anarchist activist Dorothy Day, Conlin who as a child studied under Rene Garcia of Hanna Barbera Productions - has embraced his status as an outsider artist, including in this exhibition a selection of drawings he did on paper bags while

housed in a psych ward.
